MEET CYNDI
Hello, I’m Cyndi. I create spaces where people can pause, listen to themselves, and begin to hear what the demands and expectations of life may have quieted.
Perhaps you have built a successful career, raised a family, or become the person others rely on to figure things out. Yet somewhere along the way, your own desires, creativity, or sense of direction became harder to hear.
My work begins there.
Drawing on more than 35 years in leadership and a lifetime in theatre and storytelling, I help people explore the stories shaping their choices, reconnect with their own wisdom, and express what matters to them.
Cyndi Thomsen is a speaker, storyteller, and leadership consultant whose work explores the relationship between story, voice, presence, and human connection. Her background includes training and development, operations leadership, theatre direction, coaching, and facilitation.
With more than 35 years of leadership experience and over five decades in stage, television, and film, she combines business experience with a storyteller’s understanding of how people make meaning.
Cyndi is the host of The Creative Connection podcast and the Artistic and Managing Director of RBCC Players. She holds a BA and an MBA.
